These terms are being finalized by our attorney prior to launch. The plain-language summary below describes the key obligations both you and Loqui take on when you use the app.

Plain-language summary

• You are responsible for following the recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. Some places require all parties to a conversation to consent. Loqui does not notify other parties on your behalf.
• Loqui is not warranted for use with regulated data. This includes protected health information, attorney-client privileged content, and material subject to financial or government compliance regimes. Until Loqui has signed a Business Associate Agreement with you, do not record protected health information using the app.
• AI output is not professional advice. Summaries and action items are generated by language models and can contain mistakes. Verify anything material before acting on it.
• Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google through the App Store and Google Play. Manage and cancel through their settings.
• We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent billing, or use Loqui for illegal purposes.

Limitations

Loqui is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that transcriptions will be perfectly accurate, or that summaries will capture every detail you might consider important. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Loqui in the prior twelve months.
